Our "24/7 Emergency Rapid Response" strategy ensures your critical after-hours calls are handled promptly by our in house technicians.

  • Your calls are always answered by one of our in house technicians, never an answering service.
  • All calls are recorded for quality assurance.
  • All activity is logged for quality assurance.

    (i.e. time call was received, time our technician was dispatched the call, time technician performed an action on your call, responder status, and more)

  • In the event our on-call technician is on the phone with another customer or unavailable to answer, you will be asked to leave a message. You will receive a call back promptly from our technician.
  • Strict escalation protocols and rules are used to ensure timely response.

    Our highly automated systems monitor if your call was returned. Our automated systems check every 2 minutes for an action on your call, if no action is shown after 30mins your call will automatically be escalated to our management team for resolution. This guarantees our customers a 30 min response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our system makes it easy for you to get help when you need it, it also gives our service team full visibility into each and every call we receive.
