An impressive combination of usability and longevity, Blue Giant Hydraulic Dock Levelers are high-performance systems that operate at the touch of a button. Strategically welded enhanced J-beams provide an exceptional level of structural sturdiness, improving product lifetime.

Hydraulic deck and lip cylinders increase operating efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements, resulting in a significantly lower cost of ownership compared to mechanical units. Optional independent lip control is available for all models, decreasing both cycle time and energy use (Blue Genius™ Touch Control Panel required).

Structural Integrity 

Eight (8) enhanced J-beam channels are welded to the underside of the deck at dynamic impact points to prevent distortion and extend the lifetime of the dock leveler.

Powerful Hold-Down System 

The Blue Giant Mechanical Dock Leveler has a cadmium-plated hold-down system that maintains constant contact between the dock lip and the trailer bed, ensuring compatibility with air-ride trailers. Operation remains smooth and quiet during loading / unloading.

Airbag Dock Levelers

The Blue Giant Airbag Dock Leveler operates safely and efficiently under the toughest conditions: temperature extremes, heavy usage, and exposure to caustic substances.

The Power of Air 

When activated by the single push-button control station, the air bag inflates, raising the deck and deploying the lip in a continuous upward motion. After the button is released, the bag deflates, allowing the platform to lower onto the truck bed.

Vertical Storing Levelers

The Blue Giant VL vertical storing dock leveler is the perfect loading dock solution when strict climate control or high cleanliness levels are required. By allowing overhead doors to close all the way to the pit floor, energy loss is minimized and dust, debris, and pests are kept out.

Edge of Dock Levelers

The Blue Giant edge-of-dock leveler is an economical solution for applications that do not support the installation of a pit-style leveler or loading docks that serve standard trailer heights. Edge-of-dock levelers are easy to operate and represent an ergonomic and safer alternative to dock plates.

Blue Giant Edge-of-Dock Levelers are low-cost yet high-performing solutions for applications that have little variance in trailer height.
