Fixed Head Pad
The Blue Giant Fixed Head Pad Dock Seal has foam-filled head and side pads, providing the most effective seal and the most economical solution for door sizes up to 8' wide x 8' high (2,438 mm x 2,438 mm) to 9' wide x 9' high (2,743 mm x 2,743 mm).
	When in use, the fixed head pad dock seal enables an energy-efficient seal that keeps facilities free of airborne contaminants, pests, and inclement weather conditions.

Head Curtain
The Head Curtain Dock Seal has a curtain style head member and foam filled side pads to provide an effective seal and offer the most economical solution for door sizes from 8' wide x 9' high (2,438 mm x 2,743 mm) to 9' wide x 10' high (2,743 mm x 3,048 mm).
	The header curtain has a built-in rope and pulley system that can be raised and lowered to match varying trailer heights, keeping outdoor contaminants out and conditioned air in.

Adjustable Head Pad
Designed to suit door openings from 8' W x 10' H (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm) to 9' W x 10' H (2,743 mm x 3,048 mm), the Adjustable Head Pad Dock seal is a perfect solution for higher door openings that accommodate a wide range of trailer heights.
	The foam head pad is raised and lowered on a track roller system while the torsion spring with integral follower curtain makes it easy to create a tight seal. By sealing all gaps that could let in water or dust, the Adjustable Head Pad Dock Seal protects employees and cargo during the cross-docking process.

HingeMaster™
Generally designed to accommodate 10' wide by 10.5' high (3,048 mm x 3,200 mm) door openings, the HingeMaster™ is a full-access dock shelter with superior sealing efficiency.
	When barn-style trailer doors are open, the hinge gap around the sides creates the spatial equivalent of a 2 ½ square foot opening in the building wall. The HingeMaster™ J-hooks seal off this negative space, preventing debris entry and loss of conditioned air. The result is a tight top-to-bottom side seal that does not limit access to the trailer interior.

Generally designed for door openings up to 10'x10' (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Foam Frame Shelter enables unrestricted access to a truck interior, making it an ideal solution for tailgate or standard trailers.
	It has no mechanical or adjustable parts, preventing complications arising from conventional seals and shelters.

Full Access
Generally designed for door openings up to 10' x 10' (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Full Access Dock Seal has an adjustable head curtain and allows trucks to back through the vertical pads, forming a tight and energy-efficient seal.
	The Blue Giant Full Access Dock Seal allows trucks to back through the vertical pads, forming a tight seal. The Velcro split head curtain is raised and lowered on top of the truck, allowing full access to the interior.

Retractable Shelter
Designed for door openings up to 10.5' x 10.5' (3,200 mm x 3,200 mm), the Retractable Shelter pulls back on impact, reducing pressure on the curtains and extending the working life of the shelter.
	The Blue Giant Retractable Shelter provides full access to the rear of the trailer while creating a tight seal against the top and rear. The collapsible frame is designed to retract upon impact, reducing pressure against the curtains and extending the life of the unit.

Stationary Shelter
Designed for door openings up to 10' W x 10' H (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Stationary Dock Shelter provides full trailer access while forming a tight seal across the top and sides.
	The Blue Giant Stationary Shelter uses flexible fabric curtains to enclose a trailer’s top and sides while providing full access to the interior. Wear flaps reinforce the head curtain at contact areas, and the bottom 24" (610 mm) of the side curtain are reinforced with double fabric layers for added durability. Replaceable foam draft pads seal additional gap between the trailer and the building.
