in 2023 we launched our new Field Management System, which incorporates a mobile workforce app, customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling, online customer portal, live tracking, resource management, financial management, and business intelligence.
The cloud-based system is used by our service technicians in the field, warehouse staff, office staff, and management, to provide end-to-end automated workflows from initial inquiry through to job completion reporting, invoicing, and customer care follow ups.
