AlarmGard Plus is a chassis operator that is part of the AlarmGard system. It is a failsafe operator that safely closes a fire door in response to an alarm signal or power outage. When the alarm is cleared or power is restored, the door will automatically reset itself, saving time and money. In addition to all of the standard AlarmGard features, the AlarmGard Plus also has an auxiliary chain hoist and a battery back-up. The battery back-up prevents the door from closing for up to 8 hours in the event of a power failure.
The AlarmGard motor is the standard operator within the AlarmGard system. It safely closes the fire door in response to an alarm signal or during a prolonged power failure. When the alarm is cleared or power is restored, the door will automatically reset itself.
