We re-engineered their door openings using structural steel and new siding to install two 30’ x 14’ springless rubber doors. This upgrade not only resolved their maintenance issues but also enhanced operational efficiency and thermal performance, showcasing our commitment to innovative and customer-focused solutions.
Wellington Dock & Door’s in-house electrical division expertly managed all high-voltage and control-voltage work for Gerdau’s new doors, ensuring compliance with permits and seamlessly integrating their existing barrier arm systems with the upgraded doors. By reusing their existing remote control system, we not only delivered a fully optimized solution but also helped reduce costs, reinforcing our commitment to efficiency and customer-focused service.
