I’m Dan Loder, the founder and president of the company. My career began as a millwright and field service technician, where I gained invaluable experience in solving complex problems and delivering reliable solutions. These roles taught me the importance of quality, precision, and integrity—principles that became the foundation of Wellington Dock & Door.

When I started this company, my vision was to create a business that people could trust for exceptional service, dependable products, and honest practices. Today, I’m proud to say that Wellington Dock & Door continues to exceed expectations by providing innovative and efficient dock and door systems tailored to our clients’ needs.

On a personal note, I’m married and a proud dad to two boys. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pool and spending time outdoors camping with my family. It’s these moments that remind me why I’m so passionate about building a company rooted in hard work, reliability, and relationships.
