As a husband and proud father of two boys, I balance my professional life with a love for golf, playing pool, and camping. My mission is to lead a company that delivers exceptional service, innovative solutions, and a commitment to quality that our customers can always rely on.

My career began as a technical supervisor, where I specialized in cutting-edge water treatment systems. This hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving and technology. I later transitioned into a lead role as an overhead door and dock technician, and after several years, I took on the responsibility of overseeing operations at Wellington Dock & Door Ltd. I’m passionate about ensuring our company runs smoothly and delivers top-notch service. Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two boys and a girl, and when I have free time, I enjoy playing golf.

Jennifer brings a strong background in business administration and finance. With extensive experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, she ensures smooth financial operations and strategic financial planning. Her deep knowledge of financial management helps keep our company running efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys woodworking and is an avid golfer. His passion for precision and craftsmanship extends beyond his professional life, reflecting his dedication to excellence in everything he does.

Owen is a licensed master electrician with over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. His expertise spans high-voltage installations, control systems, and an unmatched mastery of the Ontario Electrical Code. At Wellington Dock & Door, Owen plays a pivotal role as the leader of our electrical team, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
