Adam began his career as a lead service technician at Wellington Dock & Door, where he developed a deep expertise in docks and doors. He has since transitioned to an office role, overseeing the planned maintenance division. Adam’s extensive hands-on experience makes him uniquely qualified to ensure maintenance services meet the company’s high standards. He is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of field staff, providing training, and stepping into the field when extra support is needed.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending his free time on the golf course or immersing himself in the world of gaming. His commitment to excellence and teamwork shines through in everything he does.
